We had an amazing time at this remote and beautifully decorated cottage. Surrounded by forest, hills, and a river, it was the perfect setting for exploring the area. The host went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even assembling a bunk bed for our grandchildren. The back garden with a pit fire was a hit with the kids, who loved toasting marshmallows. The beds were super comfy and the house was well equipped. We can't wait to return in the near future!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a perfect place to unwind and escape from the world. And our Springer Spaniel had a blast too!
Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Our recent stay at a cottage in a remote location was absolutely perfect. Surrounded by stunning forests, hills, and a beautiful river, it truly felt like a peaceful retreat. The cottage itself was immaculately decorated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hosts were friendly and hardworking, making sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. We also appreciated the option to purchase local produce like cheese, eggs, and wine from our host. The highlight for our kids was the lovely fire pit in the back garden where they could toast marshmallows. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place for a tranquil getaway.
Drawbacks: Although everything was fabulous, we made the mistake of not stopping for supplies on our way and arrived without any. Thankfully, our host, David, was extremely helpful and provided us with what we needed.

This place is a hidden gem! Nestled in the middle of nature, it's the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the world. The cottages are beautifully decorated and the surrounding area is just breathtaking. You'll find yourself surrounded by forests, hills, and a river, creating a truly serene atmosphere. The hosts are incredible, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you have a great stay. Plus, the beds are super comfy and the houses are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
One small hiccup was that there was some construction work going on during our visit. We were a bit surprised to find a drilling happening nearby, which disrupted the otherwise peaceful ambiance.
